Get a library card
Find an application here or pick one up at the customer service desk. You will need to present a photo ID and proof of current address, such as a utility bill.
Printable applications are available at the bottom of this page. Completed applications must be presented in person.
Access my account
To access your account, go My Account in the top menu bar. You will be prompted for your library card number and password. You PIN/password is typically the last four digits of your phone number. If you need assistance please call the library - 440-967-3798.
You can renew materials in person, on the phone by calling 440-967-3798, or online. To renew online, click My Account in the top menu bar. Click on Checked out. Put a check by items to renew and click Renew Selected button.
You can pay fines in person at the customer service desk. You can also pay online. Click My Account in the top menu bar. Click on Fines. Follow screen prompts to pay with credit or debit card.
Click My Account in the top menu bar. Edit Contact Information to change the way in which you receive notifications - phone call, text or email.
Connect to WiFi
On your laptop or mobile device, locate the WiFi settings. From the list of available networks, click on “Ritter Public Library”.
Print from anywhere
Send your print job to Ritter – from home, while you’re on the road or anywhere you get online. Click here and use the easy-to-follow directions to send your document from any Internet-connected device. Then stop by the customer service desk at your convenience to pick up your material. The charge is 20 cents a page for black and white and 25 cents for color.
