Trustees have hired R.P. Carbone, a Cleveland company with local ties, to serve as Construction Manager. Carbone employees Tim Rini and brother Mike are both Vermilion residents. Tim will be project manager and Mike will be supervisor.
Trustees have hired another Vermilion resident, Eileen Bulan, to seek grants that could offset some building costs. Her first job will be to apply for a grant from the Kresge Foundation, which could help defray expenses involved in the LEED effort.
