Ritter offers two book clubs – in the afternoon and also in the evening. Classics Plus meets the first Tuesday of every month at 7 pm. Tuesday, Aug. 3, they’ll talk about Raymond Chandler’s “The Big Sleep”. Next, they’re reading “Death Comes for the Archbishop” by Willa Cather. Prefer afternoons? Shorelines Book Club meets the fourth Thursday at 1 pm. They’re currently reading “Happens Every Day” by Isabel Gillies, and will discuss it Aug. 26. New members welcome!
