Classics Plus, Ritter’s evening book club, is reading “A Year in Provence” by Peter Mayle. The discussion will be Tuesday, Dec. 1 at 7 p.m.

Library staffer Ruth Felix leads the discussions, which are held the first Tuesday of the month in the Ritter Room. Previous titles the group has enjoyed include: “Travels with Charley” by John Steinbeck, “Rebecca” by Daphne Du Maurier and “Me Talk Pretty One Day” by David Sedaris. In January, they will talk about “Excellent Women” by Barbara Pym.
